Hand assembly is the traditional method for putting together low volume products, which do not warrant the additional expense of automation. We have been designing and assembling products by hand since 1951 and have a very good insight into techniques that keep assembly times to a minimum.
Since 1994 the company has invested millions of pounds in bespoke automation, which has been tailored to the customer requirement. Automation on this scale is generally used to enable cost effective medium to high volume production where a high degree of accuracy and repeatability is required.
